Booking process

1. Society bookings are available on Monday, Tuesday afternoons, Thursday and Friday.
    

2. Organisers should first contact the Secretary to check availability and obtain a provisional booking. An online form is available for this purpose - click here.
    

3. The Secretary will then forward the appropriate forms for your completion and return, together with the appropriate deposit.
