Menu selection 
Please select a single choice of lunch, plus starter and main course for all members of your society to enjoy. This will be followed on the day by a selection of sweets from the trolley that your members may choose individually.

Lunch

1. Ham, egg and chips

Starters

1. Fish Trio

2. Chicken Caesar salad

3. Salmon fishcakes and roasted red pepper coulis on a bed of dressed mix leaves.

4. Field mushrooms stuffed with bacon, shallots, garlic and topped with a herb and cheese crust on a bed of mixed leaf salad.

5. Chef’s homemade soup of the day

6. Atlantic prawns on chiffonade of crispy lettuce and Marie Rose sauce.

Main Course

1. Sirloin steak, with red wine and mushroom sauce.

2. Roast leg of lamb and rosemary jus.

3. Roast rack of lamb with a port and redcurrant jus.

4. Mixed grill consisting of pork cutlet, lamb chop, bacon, Cumberland sausage, rump steak and sauté potatoes.

5. Chicken Supreme pan fried with bacon and stilton.

Dessert
Selection of desserts from the sweet trolley.

Bacon Rolls on arrival are available with the any of the packages for societies of 20 players or more at an extra cost of £2.50 per person.
